Arrivals and Departures
Arrival
The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 14:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before.
You must call us from the airport to arrange meeting for the check in.
Please note that for arrivals later than 21:00 pm there is an extra-charge of 30€
For arrivals later than 00:00 the fee will be of 50€
Departure
The check out of the apartment will be always before 12:00 h of the departure day.
In case you like to stay longer you need to get in contact with us.
BarcelonaRent will try to help you only if nobody else is coming that day to the apartment.

Cleaning
The cleaning of the apartment will be at 12:00 and must be done to the arrival of each client. So that is why the check out time must be respected. The client is obliged to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions.
