.As a client you are expected to respect the house rules that pertain to the apartment and the community it belongs to. The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. please look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona.

• Please respect the neighbours. They are normal working people who need to get up early and go to work every day so please respect the noise levels in the stairwells as well as in the apartments. Parties are not allowed.
The quite hours are from 22:00 to 10:00 h.

• Please do not smoke in the apartment. Smoke on the balcony if there is one or outside and please do not throw cigarette butts down into the street or patios.

• Please turn off the air-conditioning or lights if you leave the apartment; we try to keep prices low and would like to conserve energy. Also turn off the air-conditioning in those apartments with the fans on the balconies. The fan can be noisy at night and disturb the neighbours.

• Please take the garbage out every day. You can leave it in the grey containers near the house or on the street every night between 20:00 – 22:00, and it will be collected by sanitation personnel.

Do not leave the garbage on the staircase or the entrance of the building ever.

• Please double lock the door every time you leave the apartment to avoid robberies.
Take with you just what you will need that day. Be aware of pickpockets in central areas.

• Please remember the check out time is at 12:00. We need to clean the apartment for the turn over so we will appreciate your cooperation on that point.

Other conditions;

• When signing the contract the customer accepts that any body from BarcelonaRent can enter the apartment to provide cleaning, housekeeping or other services the company would require for its business.

• BarcelonaRent will not be responsible of any of the objects or belongings of the guests in the apartments at any time.
BarcelonaRent cannot be held liable in any case for lost or stolen things inside any of the apartments at any time.
